Magna International invested $35 million in Yuma Energy, an Indian company that swaps batteries for electric two- and three-wheelers. Yuma has completed more than 60 million swaps and operates over 400 stations in 18 Indian cities.
The company plans to add stations and double its battery fleet. It says swapping takes less than two minutes, helping delivery riders save time.
