Rajendra Dawadi, a school principal in Nepal, heard that floodwater was coming. He rang the bell and told students and teachers to leave. They walked to higher ground.
About 900 students escaped before water, mud, and rocks destroyed the school. Two staff members are still missing. Dawadi says helping students was his duty.
